PalThink for Strategic Studies has held a Workshop to present and discuss the Global Democracy Index report, as part of the activities and events of the “PalThink Academy for Democracy and Human Rights – Phase II” project, supported by the German Federal Foreign Office’s funds by ifa’s Funding Programme zivik.

Members of the Academy in addition to a number of young people and intellectuals attended the workshop and participated in the discussion, as four youth members of the Academy presented the report.

The workshop introduced the report and the agency that prepares it, the criteria based on which countries are evaluated, the geography of democracy in the world, in addition to democracy in Palestine and its ranking in the index.
